Privacy Policy

1. Information I collect

• Personal information you give me directly: your name, phone number, email address, your child's name, their form level and their last exam result, when you fill in a form on this site or message me.
• Your town, only if you choose to give it: an optional question on the enquiry form, used to work out whether a class near you is realistic or it would have to be online. It is not published anywhere on this site. Leave it blank and nothing is lost.
• Non-personal information collected automatically: browser type, referring pages, operating system, date and time of visit.
• Website analytics: this site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies in your browser and records which pages you view, roughly where in the country you are, and whether you tapped through to WhatsApp or the phone number. It does not tell me who you are, and I do not connect it to anything you send me through a form. Block it with your browser's cookie settings or a tracker blocker if you prefer - the site works the same without it.

2. How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss whether I can help your child.
• To register a student and administer their class, homework and reports.
• To email you when your child submits homework, and to provide their progress report in the app.
• To improve this website.

3. How I share it

• I do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to anyone.
• It is shared only with the service providers needed to run this site and send email, who are required to keep it confidential.
• Analytics data is processed by Google, which may hold it on servers outside Malaysia. Nothing you type into a form on this site is sent to them.
• I will disclose information where the law requires it.

4. How long I keep it

• Enquiries that do not become registrations are kept only as long as needed to follow up.
• Student records are kept while your child is enrolled, and afterwards only as long as required.
• You can ask me to delete your information at any time. Once I have verified the request I will remove it, except where the law requires me to retain it.

5. Students' names and result slips

• Result slips and photographs identifying a student are published only with permission from the student or their parent.
• Permission can be withdrawn at any time. Message me and I will remove the image and caption the same day, no explanation needed.
• I do not publish IC numbers, exam index numbers, addresses or phone numbers.

6. Reviews

• Reviews submitted through this site are checked before they appear.
• Reviews are published as first name and last initial. Reviews from Google or Facebook are shown as their authors wrote them, with a link back to the original.
• Ask me and your review will be removed.

7. Your rights under the PDPA

• You may ask what personal data I hold about you and request a copy.
• You may ask me to correct anything inaccurate.
• You may withdraw consent for me to keep using it, and ask for deletion.
• You may ask me to stop sending you messages.
